Billing Contracts in Work 365 provide a flexible way to invoice customers including discounts at the subscription and overall invoice level.
- Billing Contracts have a field called Discount(%). This discount is applied at the overall invoice level. Any discount percentage specified here is applied after the total invoice price of the subscriptions is calculated.
- Each subscription can also have its own specific price specified at the subscription level.
Currently there is no Tiered Pricing support at the Subscription level. This is not a common scenario for CSP Services and products. However in the case where you have Tiered pricing for a service, it is possible to create a separate product for each tier and then specify a different price for it.
