We have tried to use “Get Consent” to link our service account. There was an unexpected error on the page, now when I try again it says our company is already registered. I’m unsure if the linking is complete or not

This happens when the account specified during the registration process (work365svc@customer.com) does not have the System Administrator role assigned. Please ensure that this account has the Dynamics 365 license assigned and has System Administrator privileges.

Once you’ve verified these details, please click on the “Upgrade” button, to complete the process.
