1. Login to your Exchange Admin center https://outlook.office365.com/ecp
2. Go to Recipients > Mailboxes > Search for mailbox which you want to convert > select mailbox > select convert to Shared mailbox from right pan
3. Wait for a minute till mailbox is getting converted.
