To update the license change logs to an archived status:

In Bulk from the Work 365 Manager Dashboard:

Go to the Work 365 Manager Dashboard > Uninvoiced License Change Logs > See All Records

(This can also be done through an advanced find query.)

Select all the old License Change logs and hit edit

Expand the header section and select Archived for the status reason.

 

Hit Change. This will update all the old license change logs as archived so the system will not identify those change logs as being uninvoiced.

 


On a subscription:
Go to the subscription. Click the license change log tab. Select the change log record and hit edit


Then update as archived. 



On an individual license change log:
Go to the license change log record. Update the status to archived.
