Views:

Open Control Panel (click Windows button and type Control Panel).

  1. Click the Mail (32-bit) application. May also appear as Outlook 2016.
  2. Click the Show Profiles button
  3. Click the Add… button to add a new profile.
  4. Name it O365_FirstInitial_LastName
  5. Complete the steps for adding your account.
  6. Make sure your new profile is set as your default profile.
