Please follow these steps to uninstall Work 365 in order to avoid dependancies while uninstalling.

  1.  Go to CRM Settings > Solutions
  2.  Search for Work 365
  3.  (If Installed) Select the Work 365 Report Solution and Delete
  4.  (If Installed) Select the Work 365 Self-Service portal solution and Delete
  5.  Select the Work 365 solution and Delete.
