In Work 365, Email templates can go missing if they are deleted, or if they were not created during the initial consent process of the application. Follow these steps to replace a missing email template in Work 365:
- Go to Work 365 Email templates > change the view to inactive Email templates. Check to make sure your missing template is not listed here. If it is missing,
- Is the template that is missing the Send Portal Invitation for the self service portal? If so, follow the steps to reinitialize the portal. Then check to see if the template is recreated.
- If the template that is missing is one of the other Work 365 core solution templates, complete the consent process for the Work 365 service account.Then check to see if the template is recreated.
