If the automatic provider is not on the list when provisioning a new Account through Work 365, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

  • In the Admin Hub, select 'Integrations' and then select the automatic provider not visible. 
  • Go to the Work 365 menu and click on 'Verify Connectivity'. This will open a popup.
  • If the connectivity is verified successfully, please contact Work 365 Support
  • If the connectivity fails, please re-do the Consent process. For details go to the 'Configuring the Partner Center using the Consent Framework' section in Configuring Microsoft PartnerCenter Provider
