On the Work 365 invoice template, if the subscription quantity is showing multiple decimals this setting can be updated in the Invoice line item quantity precision field.
 

    • To update go to CRM Settings > Customizations > customize the system > expand the entities
    • Go to Invoice Line > Fields > Select Quantity 
    • Update the Precision listed:
      • The recommended precision is 2 decimals because there may be cases where it is required.
