To enable the Work 365 Plugins navigate to Advanced Settingsà Customizationsà Customize the System, a new popup window will open.
Go to ‘Sdk Message Processing Steps’:



Click on the filter to the right, this will add filters to the column headers. Click on the arrow of the Name column and select ‘Custom Filter’:



Add the following filter and hit OK, this will display all the Work 365 Plugins:



Select the Plugins that are Disabled and hit ‘Activate’ at the top and confirm the popup:



This will enable the Work 365 Plugins.
