This is what the portal page looks like clicking on the Work 365 breadcrumb
It is not possible to delete this breadcrumb altogether, but users can rename it.
*Note whenever the Work 365 self service portal is upgraded, the Breadcrumb customization will need to be reapplied.
To update the breadcrumb:
- Go to Portal Management App > Web Pages > look for Work 365 - Directory (Customer Self-Service) Web Page.
- Look for Content Panel > Title = Work 365
- Update the text as per your need.
to modify the hyperlinks on these icons:
- On the directory page find source and the individual content snippets for this page will be shown which can be modified.
