This article applies only if you have a ‘Work 365 Portal Notification’ solution prior to ver. 4.0.0.0 installed.
The steps outlined in this task will take approximately 5 minutes.

Navigate to https://make.powerautomate.com/ using an account which has System Administrator role.
Note: You may have multiple CRM environments. Ensure you are within the correct CRM environment.

Navigate to ‘Solutions’ on the left-hand pane and search for the ‘Work 365 Portal Notifications’ solution.

You could have a Managed OR an Unmanaged version of the ‘Work 365 Portal Notifications’ solution installed. To confirm, look for the value in the ‘Managed’ column
Yes : indicates a Managed solution
No : indicates an Unmanaged solution

Follow instructions below depending on the type of the solution installed on your environment.


Unmanaged Solution

Click on the solution name to open the solution.
Click on ‘Cloud Flows’ menu. This should show 3 flows on the right-hand pane.
Select all the 3 flows and click on ‘Remove -> Delete from this Environment’.

Once the flows are deleted, navigate back to the ‘Solutions’ and select the ‘Work 365 Portal Notifications’ solution.
Click on the ‘Delete’ button to delete the solution.

Managed Solution

Select the ‘Work 365 Portal Notifications’ solution.
Click on the ‘Delete’ button to delete the solution.
This should automatically delete the solution along with the flows included within the solution.
